Abstract
Стаття присвячена дослідженню поняттю і кваліфікації вимагання, визначень інших кримінальних правопорушень. Саме сукупність кримінальних правопорушень належить до категорії множинності, отже, становить підвищену суспільну небезпеку, порівняно з одиночними кримінальними правопорушеннями. Щодо вимагання, то мають місце неоднозначні твердження вчених та практичних працівників щодо кваліфікації дій винних за сукупністю вимагання й інших складів кримінального правопорушення. Необхідно зупинитися на розгляді окремих питань цієї проблеми. The article is devoted to the study of the concept and qualification of extortion and definitions of other criminal offenses. Namely, the set of criminal offenses belongs to the category of plurality. Thus, it poses an increased public danger compared to single criminal offenses. With regard to extortion, there are ambiguous statements of scientists and practitioners on the qualification of the actions of the perpetrators of a combination of extortion and other components of a criminal offense. It is necessary to dwell on certain issues of this problem.
