Abstract
Статтю присвячено аналізу понять «медична послуга», «медична допомога», «медичне обслуговування» та суміжних до них категорій, закріплених у чинному законодавстві України. Автором проведено комплексний науковий аналіз щодо змісту досліджуваних дефініцій відповідно до законодавства та правової доктрини України, надано пропозиції щодо вдосконалення визначень останніх для здійснення їх чіткого співвідношення. У статті вперше досліджено системний зв’язок понять «медична послуга», «медична допомога», «медичне обслуговування», «реабілітаційна допомога», «реабілітаційна послуга» в межах змін, що вводитяся в дію Законом України «Про реабілітацію у сфері охорони здоров’я» з 30.06.2021 р., а також представлено новаторську модель співвідношення досліджуваних понять. nd related concepts in the field of medical care The publication is devoted to the study of the concepts of “medical service”, “medical care” and related categories in the legislation of Ukraine. The author conducted a comprehensive scientific analysis of the content of the studied definitions in accordance with the Ukrainian legislation and legal doctrine of Ukraine. Suggestions were provided for improving the legal regulation of conceptual and category apparatus to achieve a clear correlation between studied concepts.The article examines for the first time the systemic connection between the concepts of “medical care”, “medical aid”, “rehabilitation aid”, “medical service”, and “rehabilitation service”, in the framework of changes that came into force on June 30, 2021, by the Law of Ukraine “On Rehabilitation in the of Health Care Sphere”.
