Abstract
У статті з’ясовано поняття та зміст громадського контролю за діяльністю суддів в Україні, виокремлено його найбільш дієві форми та способи; з’ясовано коло суб’єктів здійснення такого контролю. The article clarifies the concept and content of public control over the activities of judges in Ukraine, highlights its most effective forms and methods; the range of subjects of such control has been clarified.
