Abstract
Досліджено питання дотримання прав і свобод людини в кримінальному провадженні, а також допустимість їх обмеження під час застосування чи проведення процесуальних дій. Акцентовано увагу на питаннях дотримання балансу між завданнями охорони й захисту прав особи під час проведення процесуальних дій та щодо досягнення ефективності в боротьбі зі злочинністю, підвищення ролі й значення правоохоронних органів у забезпеченні повноцінної реалізації конституційних прав особи. The author examines the issues of observance of human rights and freedoms in criminal proceedings, as well as the permissibility of their restriction during the application or conduct of procedural actions. The author focuses on the issues of maintaining a balance between the tasks of protecting and defending human rights during procedural actions and achieving efficiency in the fight against crime, enhancing the role and importance of law enforcement agencies in ensuring the full realization of constitutional rights of an individual.
