Abstract
Стаття присвячена актуальним питанням формування й ефективного функціонування ринку праці. Міграційні процеси як явище, що має відчутний вплив на економічну, соціальну, правову та інші суспільні складові будь-якої держави та міжнародної спільноти в цілому, вочевидь повинні бути одним із важливих напрямів впливу та регулювання державної політики.
