Зміни клімату, зниження рівня питної води, велика концентрація парникових газів, сміттєві плями змушують бізнес задумуватись про використання нових моделей із метою зниження впливу на навколишнє середовище. У майбутньому зміниться не тільки формат подорожей, а й наше ставлення до них. Тож, у статті розглядаються тенденції розвитку туризму у світі, а також застосування моделей циркулярної економіки в цій галузі. The paper is devoted to the analysis of world trends in tourism development in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic. Climate change, declining drinking water levels, and high concentrations of greenhouse gases are forcing people and businesses to think about using new methods to reduce their impact on the environment. The circular economy must become a lifeline and change the behavior of the world's population. The COVID-19 pandemic has almost completely stopped all life on earth. At one point, air traffic stopped, sea and river cruises, entire cities and countries were closed for quarantine. The pandemic made all residents think and rethink everyday life, attitude to travel and nature. Tourism even now remains one of the sectors most affected by the coronavirus pandemic, and the outlook remains rather uncertain. Life will not be the same as it used to be. The pandemic has significantly affected every sector of the tourism industry: airlines, transport, cruise lines, hotels, restaurants, attractions (such as national parks, protected areas and cultural heritage sites), travel agencies, tour operators. Small and medium-sized enterprises, which make up a large informal tourism sector, make up about 80 per cent of the tourism sector, and many of them may not survive the crisis without significant support. In the future, not only the format of travel will change, but also our attitude to them: vacation planning will have to be approached more consciously and take into account many factors. Tourism was one of the first sectors to be deeply impacted by the pandemic, as measures introduced to contain the virus led to a near-complete cessation of tourism activities around the world. The sector also risks being among one of the last to recover, with the ongoing travel restrictions and the global recession. This has consequences beyond the tourism economy, with the many other sectors that support, and are supported by, tourism also significantly impacted. Therefore, the paper considers the trends of tourism development in the world, as well as the application of the principles of the circular economy in this area. various macro-environmental factors force the tourism industry and tourists to change their preferences and tastes. Global and European trends include safety and hygiene when traveling, the growth of contactless payments, the spread of local tourism, healthy and organic food, the use of virtual reality, robots, chatbots and process automation. Встановлено проблеми та труднощі їх практичного застосування, які виникають у зв’язку з неоднозначністю формулювання кримінально-правових норм, неузгодженістю нормативно-правових актів, якими врегульовано порядок призначення та виконання відповідних заходів, а також недостатньою професійністю суддівського корпусу. Запропоновано внести зміни до відповідних нормативно-правових актів з метою вирішення проаналізованих проблем. for in current criminal law. Проте сучасним суб’єктам господарювання не завжди вдається досягти позитивних показників стосовно навколишнього середовища. У таких умовах виникає поняття «грінвошінгу», використання методів якого має низку негативних аспектів. Зважаючи на що яскраво-вираженою є необхідність дослідження теоретико-прикладних аспектів грінвошінгу. У статті досліджено сутність поняття «грінвошінг» і негативні наслідки грінвошінгу у низці літературних джерел, також систематизовано основні різновиди грінвошінгу за низкою істотних ознак. Today, the problem of environmental pollution is pronounced, which is of growing concern to the public every year. Society seeks to preserve nature, natural resources and valuable species of animals and plants in order to ensure the protection of the environment. Given the public concern about the preservation of the environment, there is a focus of modern enterprises to address this problem in order to form a positive image of companies. However, it is not always possible for companies to achieve positive environmental performance, which encourages them to use greenwashing methods as a way to influence on consumers by disguising the company as an defender of environment to meet their own needs. Of course, greenwashing has a number of negative effects due to misleading consumers, using unfair competition and damage of the environment, which causes concern to scientists and societies on these issues and gives relevance to the research theme. На основі синтезу теорії і практики авторами вироблено низку практичних рекомендацій, спрямованих на підвищення ефективності управління кадровим потенціалом університету: обґрунтовано необхідність створення Координаційної ради з розвитку кадрового потенціалу університету; розроблення концепції діяльності Центру розвитку персоналу, покликаного забезпечити вихід на новий рівень управління талантами у вищому навчальному закладі; позначено питання, які потребують особливої уваги для пошуку управлінських рішень в області політики розвитку кадрового потенціалу університету. The talent management concept is the most consistent with the task of developing human resources for a higher educational institution. On the basis of the synthesis of theory and practice, the authors have developed a number of practical recommendations aimed at improving the efficiency of the university's human resources management: substantiated the need to create a Coordination Council for the development of the university's human resources; development of the concept of the Center for Personnel Development, designed to provide access to a new level of talent management at the university; the issues that require special attention for the search for management decisions in the field of policy for the development of the university's personnel potential are identified. The current transformations of the domestic system of higher professional education, including the transition to a multilevel model of education, the introduction of new educational standards, the development of innovative methods of organization and management of the educational process, diversification and expansion of educational programs, necessitate strengthening the development of human resources implementation of modernization processes. Thus, the issue of building a management system for the development of higher education staff, which takes into account the specifics of the main categories of employees: teaching staff, scientists and administrative staff. In general, the system of personnel development management as a set of interrelated actions, covering such subsystems as the development of strategies and policies for human resources development, training, work with the human resources reserve, talent management, career planning and support, competence and performance management, requires certain decisions in the field of organizational design. Гарантії конституційного права та житло та права на достатній життєвий рівень взаємопов’язані та представлені системою юридичних засобів та механізмів, які спрямовано на забезпечення належної реалізації цих прав. Метою попередження корупційних проявів у процесі пільгового забезпечення житлом внаслідок конфлікту інтересів є формування єдиного підходу до розуміння й дотримання правил запобігання та врегулювання конфлікту інтересів у цій сфері. Пільгове забезпечення житлом громадян здійснюється через загальнодержавні, регіональні та місцеві механізми. The paper proves that the realization of the right to a dignified life can be effective only in the framework of legal activities, and the presence of special legal means, which are tools to ensure a dignified human existence, also plays an important role. The analysis revealed that each society has its own standards of understanding the right to a sufficient standard of living, the basis in this case should be the only generally accepted norms and standards, especially those enshrined in international legal instruments. Guarantees of constitutional law and housing and the right to an adequate standard of living are interrelated and represented by a system of political, economic, social conditions, legal means and mechanisms aimed at ensuring the proper exercise of these rights. The system of guarantees of the constitutional right to housing and a sufficient standard of living is represented by general and special (legal) guarantees. The purpose of preventing corruption due to conflict of interest is to form a unified approach of persons authorized to perform state or local government functions and persons equated to them, to understand and comply with the rules of prevention and settlement of conflicts of interest introduced by the Law of Ukraine “On Prevention of Corruption”. Preferential provision of housing for citizens is carried out through certain mechanisms: providing citizens with affordable housing, provided by the Law of Ukraine “On Prevention of the Impact of the Global Financial Crisis on the Development of the Construction Industry and Housing Construction”; state, regional and local housing programs for certain categories of the population; providing social housing to socially vulnerable groups of the population of Ukraine.Item СУЧАСНІ ТЕНДЕНЦІЇ ВПРОВАДЖЕННЯ ІННОВАЦІЙНОГО РОЗВИТКУ ЯК КОНЦЕПТУ СТРУКТУРНОЇ МОДЕРНІЗАЦІЇ МАШИНОБУДІВНОЇ ГАЛУЗІ УКРАЇНИ. Проаналізовано вплив пандемії коронавірусу на промислові підприємства машинобудівної галузі у світі та Україні. Доведено необхідність створення принципово нового концепту інноваційного розвитку, який передбачатиме використання суміші політик і охоплюватиме вертикальне та горизонтальне розуміння даних процесів. З’ясовано, що управління новою інноваційною політикою в галузі машинобудівництва України має передбачати використання багаторівневих, відкритих і мережевих структур. The paper considers current trends of innovative development as a concept of structural modernization of the machine-building industry of Ukraine. The impact of the pandemic coronavirus on industrial enterprises of the machine-building industry in the world and Ukraine is analyzed. The basic tendencies of development of trade in the investigated sector in the conditions of quarantine and measures of stimulation of business in machine-building branch are revealed. The analysis of the current state, problems and perspectives of innovative development of machine-building branch in Ukraine for the period of 2010–2020 is carried out in the paper. The available types of forms of modernization of machine-building industry in Ukraine are analyzed. It is found out that the state of their development is insufficient, which requires the elaboration of further strategies of activation of activity both at the national and regional level. Determined a set of factors that influence the formation of the ability to implement machine-building enterprises innovations. The main groups of identified factors include infrastructure and accessibility, development of society, as well as the production environment. Structural differentiation by the level of their costs for innovations in the industry was analyzed. It has been established that in Ukraine there is extremely low state financing in the aspect of innovations development. Own funds of the machine-building enterprises, with a share of 96 % is the main source of investment in innovation activity of the industry. It is determined that for this purpose, it is necessary to expand the vision and develop a strategic roadmap that would allow to promote innovation. The priority of expanding the tools of innovation policy is justified. The need to create a fundamentally new concept of innovative development, providing the use of a mixture of policies and encompass vertical and horizontal understanding of these processes has been proved. У статті визначено особливості конкуренції на міжнародному ринку у сфері готельного бізнесу, представлено результати вивчення факторів, які впливають на розвиток конкурентних переваг підприємств готельного бізнесу, висвітлено ключові параметри, що демонструють потенціал їх конкурентоспроможності в сучасній економічній ситуації. Competition – the struggle of independent economic entities for limited economic resources. It is an economic process of interaction, interconnection and struggle between the speakers in the market enterprises in order to provide better sales opportunities for their products, meeting all the needs of customers. In the world market there is constant fierce competition from producers. Successful performance in foreign markets requires a significant increase in the competitiveness of domestic goods. In the context of this paper, the results of studying the factors influencing the development of competitive advantages of hotel business enterprises were presented, the key parameters demonstrating the potential of identifying their competitiveness in the current economic situation were highlighted. Methods of improving the system of research of factors influencing the development of enterprise competitiveness were presented, the concept of «competition in the international market» was defined, the definition of competitive advantages of the enterprise in the hotel business was considered and their features were highlighted. Thus, competition is a business process of interaction, interconnection and confrontation between enterprises in the market in order to provide better sales opportunities, to meet all the needs of users. The advantages of competition are, on the one hand, the impact of production and market relations, and on the other – an increase in STP.Item
