THE IDEA OF EFFECTIVE ECONOMIC DIAGNOSIS METHODOLOGY(2018) ТКАЧЕНКО Сергій Анатолійович; ПОТИШНЯК Олена МиколаївнаУ статті визначено, в методології повинні бути чітко та однозначно вирішені питання про перелік об`єктів ефективної діагностики на різних рівнях управління виробництвом, склад початкової інформації, особливо не документальної, час і способи отримання результатних економіко-аналітичних показників та критеріїв оцінки, характер використання ефективної економіко-аналітичної інформації. Особлива увага у методології повинна бути звернена на використання таких прийомів і засобів обробки інформації, які забезпечували б досягнення своєчасності формування даних ефективної діагностики. The article determines that the methodology should clearly and unambiguously resolve the issue of a list of objects of effective diagnostics at different levels of production management, the composition of initial information, especially non-documentary, the time and ways of obtaining the results of economic and analytical indicators and evaluation criteria, the use of effective economic and analytical information. Special attention in the methodology should be focused on the use of such techniques and means of information processing, which would ensure the timeliness of the formation of effective diagnostic data. It is substantiated that the introduction of advanced forms and methods of effective economic diagnostics on a large scale in scientific and production associations and industrial enterprises dictates the necessity of finding ways to solve this problem with minimal expenses and in the shortest possible time.Item РЕГІОНАЛЬНІ КЛАСТЕРИ: КОНКУРЕНТОСПРОМОЖНІСТЬ ТА ЕКОНОМІЧНИЙ РОЗВИТОК РЕГІОНУ. Вагомого значення набувають питання використання регіональних кластерів, як дієвого інструменту забезпечення розвитку регіонів. У статті досліджено та визначено – роль й місце регіональних економічних кластерів, як організаційно-економічних ресурсів регіонального розвитку. За результатами дослідження обґрунтовано підходи формування регіональних економічних кластерів, які сприятимуть підвищенню конкурентоспромож-ності регіональної економіки. Regional-scale economic development practice has evolved considerably in the past few decades. Interest in regional clusters and their role in economic development has grown substantially over the last several years among academics, economic development professionals, and firm managers. The main reasons have been the increased intensity of interregional and international competition in the world economy, the apparent shortcomings of traditional regional development models and policies, and the emergence of successful clusters of firms and industries in many nations around the world. Надано огляд найбільш розповсюджених підходів до аналізу витрат на оплату праці та висвітлено їх недостатню інформативність для здійснення управління даними витратами. Розроблено факторну модель аналізу рентабельності витрат на оплату праці, яка враховує вплив таких факторів, як чиста рентабельність продажу, коефіцієнт оборотності товарної продукції, продуктивність праці та середня заробітна плата. Описано економічний зміст впливу запропонованих факторів на рівень рентабельності витрат на оплату праці. . In accordance with modern market requirements, each enterprise should pay maximum attention to the efficiency of the use of resources. Надано аналіз країн із найменшим зовнішнім боргом та країн із найбільшим обсягом зовнішнього боргу. Представлено динаміку формування зовнішнього боргу України в період 2006-2017 рр.. Визначено показники зовнішнього боргу. Розглянуто причини виникнення зовнішньої боргової залежності країн та визначено шляхи подолання боргової кризи. А також визначено шляхи подолання боргової кризи, що доцільно використати для реалій української економіки. The article is devoted to the study of the emergence and formation of a debt crisis in Ukraine. Analysis of countries with the smallest external debt and countries with the largest volume of external debt is given. The dynamics of the formation of Ukraine's external debt in the period of 2006 - 2017 is presented. Indicators of external debt are determined. The reasons of the external debt dependence of the countries and the ways of overcoming the debt crisis are considered. Було встановлено, що CRM-система – це орієнтований на клієнта програмний продукт, спрямований на вивчення ринку і дослідження конкретних потреб клієнтів, їх систематизацію, облік і автоматизацію. У статті запропонована структурно-логічна схема застосування CRM-систем, означені підходи до оцінки економічної ефективності впровадження CRMсистем, встановлено критерії ефективності впровадження інформаційних CRM-систем. У статті додатково відзначається позитивний вплив впровадження CRM-системи на фінансові результати діяльності фірми та рівень безпеки інформаційної бази фірми. In this work the research of the essence of information management systems for customer relationship management (CRM systems) has been carried out. It was found that CRM is a specific customer-oriented business model, a modern look at sales and after-sales service, and the CRM system is a client-oriented software product aimed at exploring the market and exploring the specific needs of customers, their systematization , accounting and automation. The article is devoted to the analysis of the factors influencing the formation of the profitability of agricultural enterprises. The priority factors of increase of profitability of enterprises are determined. In the process of writing the article the approaches to understanding the concept of profit of the enterprise was systematized. The current level of profitability (loss-making) of industrial enterprises is analyzed. The factors influencing the amount of profit received are investigated. Висвітлено інформацію щодо регулювання операцій з давальницькою сировиною в бухгалтерському обліку. Відображено бухгалтерські проводки, щодо обліку операцій у замовника та виконавця. Розглянуто давальницьку схему переробки сировини. Запропоновано спеціальні документи обліку руху давальницької сировини у виконавця та замовника. Розроблено загальний план аудиту операцій з давальницькою сировиною та тест внутрішнього контролю. Надані рекомендації щодо здійснення операцій з давальницькою сировиною. Effective business activity depends on resource provision, which is why the use of raw material transactions became popular on the new year's day, which contributed to the reduction of production costs, as well as the transformation of low liquid into more liquid finished products. The article analyzes the main problems associated with the operations of raw materials. The information on the regulation of operations with raw materials in accounting is covered. The order of reflection of accounting transactions on accounting of transactions with raw materials from the customer and the contractor is reflected.Item
