Abstract
Організація ефективних орендних земельних відносин – це ключове пріоритетне завдання стратегії розвитку аграрного сектору економіки України. Особливої уваги потребує раціональна побудова системи оренди земель сільськогосподарського призначення. У статті досліджено проблеми розвитку орендних земельних відносин у сільському господарстві. In modern socio-economic conditions, there is a need to continuously develop effective forms of managing leased land relations and rational land use, correcting mistakes and solving existing problems, taking into account the experience of land management through the function of land as a natural resource. Therefore, to solve these problems, it is necessary to develop a strategy for rational land use in agrarian formations, which should be oriented towards identifying and implementing the main directions of the state land policy aimed at improving leased land relations, creating favorable conditions for sustainable development of the territories on the basis of planning, formation of national land tenure and land use planning, development highly effective competitive land tenure and land use, ensuring the transition and development of domestic agricultural land use, on the principles of sustainable development.
