Item FEATURES OF INSURANCE AS A ELEMENT OF ECONOMIC SECURITY OF INSURANCE SECTOR COMPANIES. ОСОБЛИВОСТІ СТРАХУВАННЯ ЯК ЕЛЕМЕНТУ ЕКОНОМІЧНОЇ БЕЗПЕКИ ПІДПРИЄМСТВ СТРАХОВОГО СЕКТОРУ(2018) ДРОБЯЗКО Світлана ІгорівнаWe have identified three different groups of definitions, when we performed the content analysis of literary sources to clarify the essence of the term "insurance”: relationships, type of activity and phenomenon. Taking into account the research carried out to determine the content and nature of the above categories, we have clarified their understanding as follows: the insurance product is a multi-dimensional definition for ensuring the maintenance of safety and protection of property interests of citizens and legal entities in case of occurrence of insurance events under the agreement. Insurance service acts as a commodity with the corresponding properties – attributes: risk, conditions for the issuance of the insurance guarantee and is an integral part of the insurance product. При контент аналізу літературних джерел щодо з’ясування сутності дефініції «страхування» нами було виділено три різні групи дефініцій: відносини, вид діяльності та явище. Ураховуючи проведені дослідження щодо визначення змісту й сутності вищезазначених категорій нами уточнено їх розуміння таким чином: страховий продукт є багатоаспектною дефініцією щодо забезпечення підтримки безпеки та захисту майнових інтересів громадян й юридичних осіб у разі настання страхових подій відповідно до договору. Страхова послуга виступає товаром з відповідними властивостями – атрибутами: ризиком, умови видачі страхової гарантії та є складовою страхового продукту.Item СУЧАСНИЙ СТАН НОРМАТИВНОПРАВОВОГО РЕГУЛЮВАННЯ ФАРМАЦЕВТИЧНОГО СЕКТОРУ У ГАЛУЗІ ОХОРОНИ ЗДОРОВ’Я. Окреслені провідні потреби щодо встановлення ефективних засобів контролю якості, виробництва, системи реалізації та реєстрації фармацевтичної продукції на території України. It is given the extremely high importance and significance of the pharmaceutical industry today, it is quite logical that there is a need for an effective management system capable of carrying out the leading tasks in compliance with the regulatory provisions. A thorough analysis of the legal mechanisms of the pharmaceutical sector makes it possible to formulate a number of suggestions to improve not only special legislation but also the healthcare system as a whole. Improving the legal regulation of pharmaceutical activity in Ukraine is understood as the implementation of a whole range of directives of European legislation aimed at introducing common standards for pharmaceutical activities and forming a single direction for the development of this industry.Item МІЖНАРОДНИЙ ТУРИЗМ ЯК СКЛАДОВА ПРОДУКТИВНИХ СИЛ УКРАЇНИ. The international tourism under the influence of processes of globalization and integration, which acquires the most dynamic development and becomes one of the influential factors on which the growth of the economy depends is considered.Item АНАЛІЗ РІВНЯ ПЛАТОСПРОМОЖНОСТІ ПРАТ "ЛЬВІВОБЛЕНЕРГО". ANALYSIS OF THE LEVEL OF SOLVENCY PJSC "LVIVOBLENERGO"(2018) ШУШКОВА Юлія Володимирівна; ВАЦЯК Мар’яна ВасилівнаУ статті проаналізовано існуючі підходи до трактування платоспроможності підприємства та визначено її взаємозв’язок із ліквідністю. Розглянуто методику проведення комплексної оцінки платоспроможності підприємства, що передбачає аналіз ліквідності балансу підприємства, оцінку його фінансового стану, розрахунок і аналіз основних показників ліквідності, а також розрахунок інтегрального показника та загального показника платоспроможності. Проаналізовано рівень платоспроможності ПрАТ «Львівобленерго» за період 2015-2017 рр. Considered approaches to the interpretation of «solvency of the enterprise» by domestic and foreign scientists gives an opportunity to claim that it is the ability of the enterprise to timely and fully implement scheduled payments and urgent obligations while maintaining the normal rhythm of economic activity. In order of comprehensive analysing the level of solvency of enterprises, it is recommended to perform a solvency assessment in the following sequence: analysis of the liquidity balance of the enterprise; assessment of the financial condition of the enterprise; calculation and analysis of the main indicators of liquidity; calculation of indicators of current solvency, as well as calculation of the integral indicator and the total solvency index. The analysis of the liquidity of the balance sheet of PJSC «Lvivoblenergo» showed that in the 2015-2017 the balance sheets were non enough liquid. During the analyzed period, the company did not have available cash enough to settle with creditors, equity was not sufficient for the formation of hard-to-leverage and current assets. Considering the degree of liquidity of current assets, the financial position of the company in 2015-2017 is assessed as a crisis. Comparison of the actual indicators of liquidity and solvency assessment of PJSC «Lvivoblenergo» with existing normative values indicate that the company is insolvent.Item УКРІПЛЕННЯ УПРАВЛІНСЬКОГО ІНСТРУМЕНТАРІЮ ДЛЯ ЗАБЕЗПЕЧЕННЯ КОНЦЕПЦІЇ СТАЛОГО РОЗВИТКУ. Обрана тематика є насущною та актуальною. Це пояснюється необхідністю якісних змін в бік забезпечення сталого розвитку світу, країн та окремих індивідуумів. У роботі розглянуто та удосконалено ієрархічну структуру рівнів реалізації концепції сталого розвитку, визначені функції та цілі, характерні для кожного визначеного рівня в залежності від їх впровадження. Розроблено узагальнений алгоритм управлінських дій для забезпечення сталого розвитку на будь-якому рівні ієрархічної структури. The introduction reveals the relevance of the article and introduces initial concepts. The purpose of the article is to discuss the concept of "sustainable development", an analysis of the theoretical basis of the concepts of development and its functions. This topic is relevant and urgent. It is associated with global processes that occur in the economic, social and environmental spheres of the life of the planet. Підкреслено значення подальшого розвитку електротехнічної промисловості, розглянуто її вплив на соціально-економічне середовище країни. За базовими напрямами проаналізовано динаміку розвитку основних секторів машинобудування, визначено лідируючий розвиток сектору, орієнтованого на виробництво електричного устаткування. Враховуючі світові тенденції розвитку ринку світлотехніки, підкреслено сприятливі умови розвитку підприємств з виробництва електричного освітлювального устаткування. The article highlights the promising sectors of the economy of the country, focuses on the most developed link of mechanical engineering - the electrical industry. The importance of the further development of the electrical industry was emphasized, its impact on the socio-economic environment of the country was considered. The basic areas analyzed the dynamics of the development of the main sectors of engineering, determined the leading development of the sector focused on the production of electrical equipment. IN RELATION TO PROBLEMS OF CLASSIFICATION SUBJECTS OF AGRARIAN LAW(2018) МИХАЙЛОВСЬКИЙ Олександр МихайловичСтаття присвячена проблемам класифікації суб’єктів аграрного права. Розглянуто класифікації за трьома критеріями: формами власності, порядкомзаснування та формування статутного фонду, організаційно-правовими формами. Висвітлено окремі проблеми зазначених класифікацій, зокрема закцентовано увагу на проблемі існування форми колективної власності в межах класифікації за формами власності та на складнощах у співвідношенні корпоративних і кооперативних суб’єктів. Досліджено та зіставлено думки науковців та вчених в межах заданої тематики. Зазначено про необхідність системного підходу до виправлення недоліків. The article is sanctified to the problems of classification of agrarian legal subjects. Classifications are considered on three criteria: form of property, order of founding and forming of charter fund, legal form. The separate problems of the marked classifications are reflect, in particular pay attention to the problem of existence of pattern of collective ownership within the limits of classification on the patterns of ownership and on complications in correlation of corporate and co-operative subjects. Research and opinions of scientists and scientists are confronted within the limits of the set subjects. It is marked about the necessity of approach of the systems to the correction of defects.Item
