Проаналізовано різні наукові підходи до розуміння психологічних аспектів «взаємодії» та їх вплив на законодавство, а також відображення в практиці досудового розслідування кримінальних проваджень. This paper considers the current legislative regulation of forms and methods of interaction between the investigator and the prosecutor during the investigation of criminal proceedings, in the context of the experience gained between the detectives of the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine and prosecutors of the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office. Various scientific approaches to understanding the psychological aspects of "interaction" and their impact on the law, as well as the reflection in the practice of pre-trial investigation of criminal proceedings are analyzed.Item Особливості тактики освідування неповнолітніх потерпілих із вадами психофізичного розвитку. The relevance of profiling research in the modern conditions of the development of the history of Ukraine has gained special importance in connection with the difficult times of aggression of the Russian Federation, which, along with the daily tasks of fighting crime and searching for offenders, formed challenges regarding countering collaborationism, terrorism, enemy invasion, war crimes. Такою ситуацією часто користуються правопорушники, причому подеколи ними стають не лише сторонні для потерпілих особи, а й їхні діти, онуки та інші родичі. The elderly and single persons are the least protected category of society. In addition to agerelated health disorders, which affect the perception of recent life situations and socio-political transformations, persons of this category are limited in access to modern opportunities in the field of obtaining legal and social assistance, due to ignorance of the ways to obtain them, limited access to various Internet resources and platforms. Ще складнішою така діяльність стає тоді, коли насильство є довготривалим. Адже постійне відчуття небезпеки, очікування нового спалаху агресії, відчуття безпорадності призводять до виникнення в таких осіб важких психологічних станів і захворювань. Саме тому під час спілкування з потерпілими слідчий повинен володіти не лише загальнокомунікативними вміннями та навичками, а й мати знання в галузі психології. Obtaining verbal information from victims of violence is a complex and time-consuming activity. Such activity is even more difficult when the violence is of a long-term nature. After all, the constant feeling of danger, the expectation of a new outbreak of aggression, the feeling of helplessness, etc., causes severe psychological conditions and diseases in such persons. Індивідуально-типологічні властивості майже не змінюються протягом професійного шляху й стосуються найстабільніших рис особистості. Professionalism is an integral property, the result of a person's ontogenesis in the process of his professionalization. Individual and typological properties of a person leave their mark on his professional activity, although different professions make their own requirements for different properties. Individualtypological features change little during the professional path and are among the most stable properties. That is why the aim of the study was the empirical study of individual and typological features of polygraph examiners of different ages and genders.Item Дисциплінарна відповідальність суддів за порушення засад рівності та змагальності. Disciplinary Liability of Judges for Violation of the Principles of Equality and Competition(2023) СТРАТОНОВ Василь; STRATONOV Vasyl; РИБАЛКО Володимир; RYBALKO VоlоdymyrУ статті проаналізовано практику притягнення суддів до дисциплінарної відповідальності за підпунктом «г» пункту 1 частини 1 статті 106 Закону України «Про судоустрій і статус суддів» (порушення засади рівності всіх учасників судового процесу перед законом і судом, змагальності сторін та свободи в наданні ними суду своїх доказів і в доведенні перед судом їх переконливості). Розглянуто конкретні приклади, зокрема з практики Великої Палати Верховного Суду. Акцентовано на важливості розмежування підпункту «г» із суміжними підставами дисциплінарної відповідальності суддів на основі їх співвідношення (коли одні поглинають інші, а коли вчинене потрібно кваліфікувати за сукупністю), адже від цього безпосередньо залежить призначене судді покарання. The article analyzes the practice of bringing judges to disciplinary liability under subparagraph "d" of paragraph 1 of Part 1 of Article 106 of the Law of Ukraine "On the Judicial System and Status of Judges" (violation of the principle of equality of all participants to the judicial process before the law and the court, the competitiveness of the parties and the freedom to present their evidence to the court and to prove their conviction before the court). Specific examples, in particular from the practice of the Grand Chamber of the Supreme Court, are considered. It is noted that it is important to distinguish between subparagraph "d" and related grounds for disciplinary liability of judges, showing how they relate to each other (when some absorb others, and when the offense should be qualified in the aggregate), since the punishment imposed on a judge directly depends on this.Item Теоретичні підходи до вдосконалення психодіагностичних досліджень персоналу Національної поліції України. Зазначено, що наразі психологи органів системи МВС України з метою психологічного вивчення персоналу використовують різноманітні психодіагностичні інструменти, вибір яких іноді недостатньо обґрунтований. The article is devoted to the issue of finding ways to improve psychological research on the individual characteristics of police officers based on the application of an optimal set of psychodiagnostic techniques. It is noted that psychologists of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine currently use a variety of psychodiagnostic tools for the psychological study of personnel, the choice of which is sometimes insufficiently justified.
