Abstract
Розкрито поняття суб’єктів фінансового контролю, їх завдання та повноваження щодо протидії злочинам у бюджетній сфері. Раскрыто понятие субъектов финансового контроля, их задачи и полномочия по противодействию преступлениям в бюджетной сфере.In this article the authors reveal the concept of subjects of financial control, their tasks and responsibilities in combating crime in the public sector. It is indicated that financial control is regulated by the law activities of public authorities, local governments and other entities controlling financial relations to promote rule of law, fiscal discipline, rationality in making, distributing and using funds.
