Abstract
Висвітлено теоретичні аспекти організації і тактики розшуку безвісно зниклих осіб у сучасних умовах. Проаналізовано положення нормативноправових актів, що регулюють цей вид діяльності, увагу акцентовано на визначенні таких понять, як організація і тактика роботи оперативних підрозділів Національної поліції України. Відображено зв’язок між теорією і практикою діяльності поліції щодо розшуку безвісно зниклих осіб.The article is entitled about theoretical aspects of organization and tactics of search missing persons in modern conditions. At the beginning, the author formulates the problem and purpose of the article. Then he begins to describe the main body of the article. He starts from normative acts which regulate this kind of activity and focuses on the definition of concepts such as organization and tactics.
