Abstract
Розглянуто функції, форми й методи роботи центральних органів виконавчої влади у процесі забезпечення основних свобод людини і громадянина. Сформульовано теоретичні висновки й практичні рекомендації стосовно підвищення ефективності такої діяльності.
Functions, forms and methods of work of the Centrai organs executive powers during maintenance of basic freedom of the man and citizen ore considered in this article. The theoretical conclusions and practical recommendations concerning increase of efficiency of such activity are formulated.
