Abstract
Проаналізовано нормативні акти, які регламентують надання співробітником поліції домедичної допомоги потерпілому. Узагальнено стан розвитку системи підготовки з надання само- та взаємодопомоги особовим складом військових формувань і правоохоронних органів. Обґрунтовано необхідність створення та застосування єдиного стандарту з надання домедичної допомоги.The article is devoted to the review of normative acts regulating the provision of medical assistance by the National Police to the victim. The urgency and timeliness of this problem is determined by the process of reforming the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine and the creation of the National Police. The purpose of this work was to highlight contradictions in the current practice of providing medical assistance, when in many cases civil medical protocols are mixed up or replaced with the course of the rescuer, as well as providing their own vision of possible ways to solve this problem.
