Abstract
Визначено поняття консультативно-дорадчого органу як категорії конституційного права. Констатовано, що ці органи є поширеною нині організаційно-правовою формою безпосередньої взаємодії між громадськістю й органами публічної влади.The article discusses the concept of a consultative and advisory body as the category of constitutional law. Indicated that today a consultative and advisory bodies is quite common legal form for direct interaction between the public and public authorities. A define «consultative and advisory body» as a collective entity or body created with public authorities on a permanent or temporary basis in order to ensure public participation in the management of state and public affairs through consultation with the public prior discussion of issues within the competence body of public power and public control over its activities.
