Abstract

Проаналізовано методологічні засади дослідження гарантій прав неповнолітніх підозрюваних та їх реалізацію в кримінальному провадженні. Визначено комплекс наукових методів, використання яких спрямоване на з’ясування сутності окремих правових категорій з досліджуваної проблематики.Given that the basis of any scientific study is a learning process, the question of definition methodological principles of research guarantees the rights of juvenile suspects and their implementation during the preliminary investigation of particular importance and requires a separate scientific analysis. After all, science is gaining objective knowledge of phenomena and processes only if received proper methodological basis.
