Abstract
На основі аналізу законодавства, доктринальних підходів, вітчизняної правозастосовної практики та досвіду європейських країн окреслено перспективи подальшого вдосконалення структури й повноважень підрозділів і служб Національної поліції України у сфері протидії злочинності.На основе анализа законодательства, доктринальных подходов, отечественной правоприменительной практики и опыта европейских стран обозначены перспективы дальнейшего совершенствования структуры и полномочий подразделений и служб Национальной полиции Украины в сфере противодействия преступности.Effective crime prevention depends greatly on adequate structural and functional support of criminal police, investigators and other units functioning. Problem of criminal procedural pressure diversification among pre-trial investigation units is examined. Arguments are provided for establishment of simplified misdemeanor proceedings and delegation of relevant functions to operative units including preventive police and district police inspectors. Similar practice is claimed to be successful in many European countries. Taking the European experience into consideration, we assess the perspectives of detectives’ institute establishment meaning «multifunctional» police officers authorized to perform all types of procedural actions (open and covert) aimed at detection and investigation of criminal offence.
