Abstract
Розкрито основні питання, пов’язані з визначенням поняття «правова політика в Україні» та «правова політика держави в умовах гібридної війни». Обґрунтовано авторське визначення цих термінів. Розглянуто інтерпретації правової політики держави. Надано характеристику концепції правової політики.The main issues related to the definition of the concept of legal policy in Ukraine and the legal policy of the state in the conditions of hybrid war are revealed. The author’s definition of the term «legal policy of the state in the conditions of hybrid war» is provided, three interpretations of the legal policy of the state are considered, the characteristic of the concept of legal policy is given. The creation of the preconditions and indicating directions for the development of society as a whole is assured by legal policy as a social phenomenon.
