Abstract
Розглянуто проблеми реалізації адміністративних процедур у діяльності МВС України та Національної поліції. Інтерпретовано поняття адміністративного регламенту та запропоновано шляхи його впровадження в діяльність зазначених суб’єктів. Рассмотрены проблемы реализации административных процедур в деятельности МВД Украины и Национальной полиции. Интерпретировано понятие административного регламента и предложены пути его внедрения в деятельность данных субъектов. The article considers the problems of realization of administrative procedures in the activities of the Ministry of Internal Affairs (MIA) of Ukraine and the National Police. It is stressed the need to inventory oftheir state functions, and of government services. The whole functional structure of the MIA and the National Police should be reviewed. The main consequence of such review should become the reducing of duplicative and unnecessary functions. The administrative procedure is described in the article. It is presented an interpretation of the concept of administrative procedure and the ways of its implementation in the activity of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine and the National Police.
