Abstract
Тези присвячені побудові системи контролю фінансового ринку України. Розкриваються окремі моделі організації контролю фінансової сфери економіки. Висвітлено окремі характеристики англосаксонської та континентальної системи права. Theses are devoted to the construction of the control system of the financial market of Ukraine. Some models of the organization of control of the financial sphere of the economy are revealed. Some characteristics of the Anglo-Saxon and continental legal system are highlighted.
