Abstract
Метою статтіє розгляд питань тлумачення Конвенції про захист прав людини і основоположних свобод та застосування практики Європейського суду з прав людини під час здійснення судочинства в Україні у світлі встановлення загальноєвропейських стандартів правопорядку. Уроботі досліджено практику Європейського суду із застосування зазначеного документа, яка акумулювала європейський досвід забезпечення прав людини та встановила єдині європейські стандарти в цій сфері, щодедалі істотнішевпливають на розвиток національних правових систем. Thepurpose of the articleis to study the issues of the interpretation of the Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms and the application of European Court of Human Rights practice in the administration of justice in Ukraine in the light of the establishment of pan-European standards of legal order. The paper studies the European Court of Human Rights practice on the application of the mentioned act, which has accumulated European experience in the field of human rights provision and established universal European standards in this sphere, which are increasingly influencing on the development of national legal systems.
