Abstract
На основі офіційних статистичних джерел проведено аналіз рецидивної складової екологічної злочинності за період 2009–2019 років. Проведений аналіз дозволив встановити специфічні характеристики злочинців даної категорії, а саме відповідні частки осіб, які раніше вчинили злочини, а також таких, з яких судимість не знята і не погашена. Based on official statistical sources, an analysis of the recurrent component of environmental crime for the period 2009–2019. The analysis allowed to establish the specific characteristics of criminals in this category, namely the relevant proportions of persons who have previously committed crimes, as well as those from whom a criminal record has not been removed and expunged.
