Abstract
Доступ до правосуддя є одним із шести елементів верховенства права, щодо яких досягнуто консенсусу та які зафіксовано у доповіді «Верховенство права», схваленій 2011 року Європейською комісією «За демократію через право» (Венеційською комісією). З огляду на багатогранність цього явища, доступ до правосуддя можна розглядати з різних позицій.Access to justice is one of the six consensual elements of the rule of law recorded in the well-known Report On The Rule Of Law, adopted in 2011 by the European Commission For Democracy Through Law (Venice Commission) (hereinafter the 2011 Report). Given the multifaceted nature of the phenomenon, access to justice may be approached from a few different perspectives.
