Abstract
Розглянуто наукові підходи до визначення поняття спеціальних знань і форм їх використання в кримінальному провадженні. Визначено види та розкрито зміст спеціальних знань, які використовують під час розслідування злочинів проти безпеки виробництва. Рассмотрены научные подходы к определению понятия специальных знаний и форм их использования в уголовном производстве. Определены виды и раскрыто содержание специальных знаний, используемых при расследовании преступлений против безопасности производства. Common forms of use of special knowledge in the investigation of crimes against the security of production are: 1) examination (Safety (study of the causes and consequences of violations of safety of life and health), forensic, building-engineering (the study of real estate, building materials, construction and related documents) fire-technical (research circumstances of and the spread of fires and fire safety compliance), computer-engineering (the study of computer hardware and software), electrical engineering (the study of technical operation of electrical equipment) explosive college (study of explosives, explosion products and the shot blast investigation of the circumstances); technical examination of documents (study details of documents), mining (study of the causes and consequences of extreme events in the mining industry and in underground conditions), handwriting (study of handwriting and signatures) trasological (research tools, machinery, tools and left their traces, identification of a in parts, etc.);
