Abstract
У статті досліджено проблеми забезпечення законності закриття кримінальних проваджень із реабілітаційних підстав засобами прокурорського нагляду. Розглянуто реабілітаційні підстави закриття кримінальних проваджень та особливості прокурорського нагляду за законністю їх застосування. Проаналізовано роль прокурора в забезпеченні права особи на реабілітацію. The author in the scientific article researches problems of law enforcement of the termination of criminal proceedings on the rehabilitating bases by means of public prosecutor’s supervision. The rehabilitating bases of the termination of criminal proceedings are considered. The role of the prosecutor in ensuring the right of the personality for rehabilitation is analyzed.
