| dc.description.abstract | У статті з позицій системології розглянуті проблеми систематики складів правопорушень у сфері службової діяльності та професійної діяльності, пов’язаної з наданням публічних послуг. Систематика відповідних складів має відповідати визначеним системним властивостям: а) система – це сукупність елементів; б) всі елементи цієї множини взаємопов’язані; в) елементи множини за функціональною ознакою утворюють цілком визначену цілісність, в якій з’являються певні інтегральні властивості, які характерні для системи загалом; г) для реалізації функціональних властивостей системи необхідна інформаційна взаємодія елементів; ґ) між системою та її середовищем є зв’язок. The article considers the problems of systematics of criminal offenses in the field of official activities and professional activities related to the provision of public services from the standpoint of systemology. Systematics of the corresponding criminal offenses is to comply with certain system peculiarities: a) a system is a set of elements; b) all the elements of this set are interrelated; c) on a functional basis the elements of the set form a well-defined integrity, in which there are certain integral properties that are peculiar to the system as a whole; d) informational interaction among the elements is required to implement the functional properties of the system; e) there is a connection between the system and its environment. | |
