Abstract
У статті узагальнено стан наукових вітчизняних та зарубіжних досліджень кримінологічної характеристики та запобігання зловживанню повноваженнями особами, які надають публічні послуги. Наведено результати аналітичного огляду публікацій, що сформували наукову базу для визначення криміноло- гічних засад запобігання таким зловживанням. Окресливши коло досліджених вченими явищ, пов’язаних із корупційною злочинністю, автор виокремлює сферу суспільних відносин, що пов’язані зі зловживанням особами, які надають публічні послуги, що потребує ґрунтовного кримінологічного дослідження. The article summarizes the state of domestic and foreign scientific researches of criminological characteristics and prevention of the abuse of power by public officials. There have been provided the results of the analytical review of publications that created the scientific foundation for the determination of the criminological abuse-preventing principles. Having outlined the circle of researched phenomena associated with corruption, the author determined the sphere of public relations related to the abuse of power by public officials requiring a substantive criminological study.
