Вказано, що ефективне управління інноваційним процесом на підприємстві значно впливає на покращення його діяльності, підвищення конкурентоспроможності та прибутку. Розробка, виготовлення та реалізація інноваційної продукції, надання послуг на підприємстві вимагає ґрунтовного вивчення особливостей управління інноваційним процесом. It is specified that effective management of innovative process at the enterprise considerably influences improvement of its activity, increase in competitiveness and profit. Rational passing of innovative process is the key to ensuring the constant positions in the market, further functioning and development. Development, production and realization of innovative products, rendering services at the enterprise demand careful studying the features of innovative process management.
