Abstract
У статті досліджується формування уявлень про правовий порядок у філософсько-правовій думці Стародавнього Риму. Виявлено, що на розвиток правової думки Стародавнього Риму найбільше вплинуло вчення стоїків. Встановлено, що до основних ідей, які формували правовий порядок у Стародавньому Римі, можна віднести такі: порядок мав божественний характер; держава та порядок ототожнювались; загальне благо визнавалось суттю правового порядку; метою правопорядку була охорона приватної власності. The article studies the formation of ideas about the legal order in the philosophical and legal thought of Ancient Rome. It was revealed that the Stoic doctrine exercised the most significant influence on the development of the legal thought of Ancient Rome. It is established that the main ideas that formed the legal order in Ancient Rome include the following: the order was divine; the state and the order were identified; the common good recognized the essence of the legal order; the purpose of law and order was the protection of private property.
