Abstract
У статті розглянуто поняття житлово-комунального господарства, які пропонують різні науковці. Виділено ознаки, які містяться у вказаних визначеннях. Проаналізовано як спільні ознаки, з якими погоджуються більшість авторів, так і риси, щодо яких науковці так і не дійшли згоди та які суттєво різняться в різних визначеннях. На підставі досліджених рис пропонується авторське визначення розглядуваного поняття. The article deals with the concept of housing and communal services offered by different scientists. Stand out features that appear in these definitions. Analyzed how common features with which most authors agree and features for which scientists have not agreed and are significantly different in definitions. Based on research features offered author’s definition of the proposed concept.
