Abstract
У статті досліджено створення та завдання Державної служби України з питань праці. Історія становлення і розвитку державної служби взагалі та державної служби з питань праці, що забезпечують реалізацію функцій держави, пов’язані з розвитком і становленням держави та її органів. Кожен етап історичного розвитку суспільства у різних країнах характеризується особливими підходами до соціуму та конкретно осіб, котрі реалізують державні управлінські функції. Але ознайомлення із процесом еволюції державної служби в ракурсі історичних етапів має свої особливості з урахуванням національної своєрідності країн. Зрозуміло, що в цій ситуації дослідження проблеми становлення державної служби, в т. ч. державної служби з питань праці, в історичному ракурсі має ґрунтуватися на різноплановому аналізі історичних періодів і місця в історії осіб, які виконують функції держави, в поєднанні з розглядом філософських, правових, політологічних вчень стосовно питання, що вивчається. In the article creation and task of Government service of Ukraine are investigational on questions labour. History of becoming and development of government service in general, and government service on questions labour, that the states related to development and becoming of the state and his organs provide realization of functions. Every stage of historical development of society in different countries is characterized the special going near society and certainly persons that will realize state administrative functions. But an acquaintance with the process of evolution of government service in foreshortening of the historical stages has the features, taking into account national originality of countries. Clear that in this situation of research of problem of becoming of government service, including government service on questions labour, in the historical foreshortening must be base on analysis of historical periods and place in histories of persons, that execute the functions of the state, in combination with consideration of philosophical, legal, political science manoeuvres in relation to a question that is studied.
