Abstract
Статтю присвячено дослідженню нормативного забезпечення рецепції міжнародних стандартів ведення органічного виробництва у чинне національне законодавство та надання пропозицій в цій сфері. Розглянуто історичний аспект розвитку органічного виробництва в Україні та світі. Визначено, що міжнародні стандарти у сфері виробництва й обігу органічної продукції закладені у Кодексі Аліментаріус, Міжнародних стандартах IFOAM, відповідних регламентах Європейського Союзу. Проаналізовано ступінь відповідності нормативного врегулювання виробництва органічної продукції в Україні вимогам, які містяться в міжнародних актах. The article is devoted to the research of regulatory support for the reception of international standards of organic production into the current national legislation and the provision of proposals in this area. The historical aspect of the development of organic production in Ukraine and the world is considered. It was determined that international standards in the field of production and circulation of organic products are laid down in the Codex Alimentarius, IFOAM International Standards, relevant regulations of the European Union. The degree of compliance of the regulatory regulation of organic production in Ukraine with the requirements contained in international acts is analyzed.
