Abstract
У статті розглянуто природу норми права як предмета дискусій в юридичній науці. Проаналізовано основні підходи до визначення поняття юридичної норми, її ознак і структури. Осмислено наявні теоретико-методологічні проблеми, що притаманні класичній (традиційній) концепції норми права. За результатами узагальнення різних науково-теоретичних поглядів запропоновано власний підхід до розуміння природи норми права.
The article examines the nature of the norm of the law as a subject of discussion in legal science. The main approaches to the definition of the norm of the law, its features and structure are analyzed. Understood the existing theoretical and methodological problems that are inherent in the classical (traditional) concept of the norm of the law. As a result of the generalization of various scientific and theoretical views, an own approach to understanding the nature of the norm of the law is proposed
