Abstract
У статті проведено дослідження теоретичних питань інформаційної функції господарського процесуального права, виокремлено загальні напрями її прояву, визначено завдання та специфіки відносно інших функцій права; окреслено основні принципи реалізації. The article studies to educational the theoretical issues of the information function of commercial procedural law, the general directions of its manifestation are specified, tasks and specifics are determined with respect to other functions of law; оutlined the main principles of implementation.
