Abstract
Стаття присвячена аналізу взаємозв’язку між реалізацією чинних положень суддівської етики та рівнем суспільної довіри до судової влади. У статті розглянуто поняття суддівської етики, середовище її відображення в поведінці суддів як під час безпосереднього здійснення професійної діяльності, так і поза судовими засіданнями, та проблематика, що пов’язана із цим. Запропоновано потенційно результативні напрямки трансформації певних елементів суддівської етики з метою підвищення загального рівня довіри громадян та суспільства до судової гілки влади. The article is devoted to the analysis of the relationship between the implementation of the current provisions of judicial ethics and the level of public trust in the judiciary. The article deals with the notion of judicial ethics, the environment of its reflection in the behavior of judges both during the direct realization of professional activity and outside the court sessions and the related issues. Proposed potentially effective directions of transformation of certain elements of judicial ethics with the purpose of increasing the general level of trust of citizens and society in the judicial branch of power.
