Abstract
У статті розкривається зміст процесів трансформації суспільної правосвідомості у зв’язку з активізацією процесів європейської інтеграції. Обґрунтовано, що трансформація правосвідомості широких верств суспільства і сприйняття універсальних цінностей Європейського Союзу є важливим чинником успішності європейської інтеграції України. Акцентовано увагу на тому, що після внесення змін до чинної Конституції України у державі створено всі формальні передумови для трансформації суспільної правосвідомості. Запропоновано виокремлювати кілька основних напрямів змінення суспільної правосвідомості, які ідейно базуються на втіленні універсальних цінностей Європейського Союзу на національному рівні: визнання дотримання людської гідності центральним орієнтиром уваги органів охорони правопорядку, усвідомлення унікальності і важливості свободи, демократії і рівності як цілей суспільного розвитку і державної діяльності, формування поваги до концепції правової держави і верховенства права в Україні, формування толерантного ставлення до прав меншин. Доведено, що прийняття кожним громадянином зазначених цінностей цілком відповідає ідеї євроінтеграції як цивілізаційного вибору українського народу. The article reveals the content of the processes of transformation of public legal consciousness in connection with the intensification of the processes of European integration. It is substantiated that the transformation of legal consciousness of broad sections of society and the perception of universal values of the European Union is an important factor in the success of Ukraine's European integration. Emphasis is placed on the fact that after the amendments to the current Constitution of Ukraine, all formal preconditions for the transformation of public legal consciousness have been created in the state. It is proposed to identify several main areas of change of public legal awareness, which are ideologically based on the implementation of universal values of the European Union at the national level: recognition of human dignity as the central focus of law enforcement, awareness of the uniqueness and importance of freedom formation of respect for the concept of the rule of law and the rule of law in Ukraine, the formation of a tolerant attitude to pr in the minority. It is proved that the acceptance of these values by every citizen fully corresponds to the idea of European integration as a civilization choice of the Ukrainian people.
