| dc.description.abstract | У статті вивчаються підходи законодавчих органів зарубіжних країн до регламентації кримінальної, адміністративної відповідальності за митні правопорушення. Зроблена спроба оцінити ступінь вивченості та актуальності цього напряму у практиці вітчизняного законодавства. Проведений аналіз досвіду регулювання відповідальності за порушення цих відносин у зарубіжному кримінальному законодавстві за окремими критеріями (за об'єктом і предметом митних злочинів, за формами злочинної поведінки: контрабанда, ухилення від сплати митних платежів тощо). The article studies the approaches of the legislative bodies of foreign states to the regulation of criminal, administrative responsibility for customs offenses. An attempt is made to assess the degree of study and relevance of this area in the practice of domestic legislation. The analysis of the experience of regulating liability for violation of these relations in foreign criminal legislation according to certain criteria (on the object and subject of customs crimes, according to the forms of criminal behavior: smuggling, evasion of customs payments, etc.) is carried out. | |
