Abstract
У статті проаналізовані різні підходи вітчизняних та зарубіжних вчених до сутності охоронної функції права, розкрита роль адміністративно-правової функції в охороні засобів учасників господарського обороту, товарів та послуг, подається його авторське визначення. The article analyzes different approaches of domestic and foreign scientists to the essence of the protective function of law, the role of administrative and legal functions in the protection of means of participants in economic turnover, goods and services, is given his author’s definition.
