Abstract
У статті проаналізовано питання реалізації принципу стабільності податкового законодавства в умовах воєнного стану. Встановлено, що норми Податкового кодексу України дозволяють зробити висновок про закріплення у чинному законодавстві принципу стабільності податкових пільг, однак такі положення не відрізняються завершеністю правового регулювання, що на практиці призводить до порушення зазначеного принципу. Доведено, що в умовах воєнного стану податкові пільги набули нового змісту, адже вони є стимулом для економічно активної частини населення продовжувати роботу для підтримання економіки за рахунок сплачених податків. The article is devoted to the implementation of the principle of stability of tax legislation in the conditions of martial law. It is established that the provisions of the Tax Code of Ukraine allow to conclude that the principle of stability of tax benefits exists in the current legislation, but such provisions are not sufficient for legal regulation, which in practice leads to violation of this principle. It is proved that in the context of martial law, tax benefits have changed the goal, as they are an incentive for an economically active part of the population to continue working to support the economy through taxes.
