| dc.description.abstract | У статті проаналізовано Спеціальні процедури Ради ООН із прав людини, якими є спеціальні доповідачі, незалежні експерти та члени робочих груп, яких призначає Рада і які здійснюють за її дорученням дослідження з тематичних питань стану прав людини в окремих державах. Автор зазначає, що нормативно-правове регулювання Спеціальних процедур є одним із найбільш розвинених і складних серед механізмів Ради ООН із прав людини та найбільшою мірою сприяє незалежності експертів, які не є представниками держав. The article analyzes the Special Procedures of the UN Human Rights Council, which are special rapporteurs, independent experts and members of the working groups that are appointed by the Council and which carry out on its instructions, a study on thematic issues of the state of human rights in individual states. The author notes that the legal regulation of the Special Procedures is one of the most developed and complicated one among the mechanisms of the UN Human Rights Council and contributes the most to the independence of experts who are not representatives of States. | |
