Abstract
У статті розглянуто сучасний стан законодавчого врегулювання здійснення трансплантації та його вплив на рівень злочинності в означеній сфері. Автори наголошують на досить високому рівні латентності означеної категорії кримінальних правопорушень, про що свідчать статистичні дані обліку кримінальних правопорушень. Звертається увага на недоліки законодавчого врегулювання щодо здійснення трансплантації органів та анатомічних матеріалів людини, що потребують подальшого вдосконалення законотворцем. The article examines the current state of the law governing transplantation and its impact on the level of crime in this area. The authors note a rather high level of latency in this category of criminal offences, as can be seen from the statistics on criminal offences. The article draws attention to shortcomings in the legislative regulation of the implementation of transplantation of organs and human anatomical materials, which require further improvement by the legislator. The authors note that there is now a system of specialized medical institutions specializing in transplantation operations, a specialized register of donors and recipients.
