Abstract
Через відсутність у теорії кримінального права ґрунтовних розробок щодо об’єкта умисного пошкодження ліній зв’язку метою статті є дослідження концептуальних засад його структури та змісту. З огляду на специфіку теми, мети й окреслені завдання дослідження, було використано загальнонаукові, спеціально-наукові та філософські методи, що забезпечили об’єктивне дослідження предмета й формування ґрунтовних висновків.With regard to absence of thorough researches of objects of intentional damage to communications lines in criminal law theory, the purpose of this article is to study the conceptual foundations of such objects’ structure and content. Considering the specifics of the topic, goals and outlined objectives, various general scientific, special-scientific and philosophical methods were used for an objective study of the subject and for formation of sound conclusions.
