Abstract

Розглянуто актуальні теоретичні, правові й організаційні питання взаємодії прокурора, слідчого та інших підрозділів під час проведення контрольованої поставки, контрольованої та оперативної закупки товарів, предметів і речовин у кримінальному провадженні.The article discusses topical theoretical, legal and organizational issues of interaction between the prosecutor, the investigator and other divisions in the conduct of a controlled delivery, controlled and operational procurement of goods, objects and substances in criminal proceedings, namely highlighting certain aspects of this interaction in the preparation and conduct of secret investigative (search ) actions.
