Abstract
У статті розкрито основні положення та керівні ідеї Загальнодержавної програми з освіти у сфері прав людини та її вплив на захист прав дитини в Україні. Акцентується увага на недоліках Програми та можливих шляхах їх вирішення. The article describes the main provisions and guiding principles of the National Program on Human Rights Education and its impact on the protection of the rights of the child in Ukraine. The attention is paid to the shortcomings of the Program and possible ways of their solution.
