зміст дослідження полягає у конструктивно-критичному осмисленні найбільш поширених точок зору науковців стосовно організаційної основи держави та спробі, використовуючи власні напрацювання з відповідного питання, запропонувати альтернативний підхід щодо розуміння категорії «механізм держави».
the content of the study is to constructively and critically reflect on the most widespread viewpoints of scientists regarding the organizational basis of the state and attempt, using their own experience on the relevant issue, to offer an alternative approach to understanding the category "mechanism of the state".
