| dc.description.abstract | Стаття присвячена аналізу поняття «митна політика». Автором досліджено визначення митної політики в законодавчих актах різних країн. Проаналізовано наукову літературу щодо визначення поняття «митна політика». Зроблено висновок, що митна політика є важливим чинником формування та реалізації митного законодавства. The article is devoted to the analysis of the concept of “customs policy”. The author examines the definition of customs policy in legislative acts of different countries. The scientific literature on the definition of “customs policy” is analyzed. It is concluded that customs policy is an important factor in the formation and implementation of customs legislation. | |
