| dc.description.abstract | Статтю присвячено дослідженню стану виконання зобов’язань держави щодо забезпечення прав пацієнтів на захист приватного життя. Особливу увагу приділено аналізу вітчизняного нормативного врегулювання порядку обігу і захисту медичної інформації про пацієнтів та його відповідності нормам міжнародного права, практиці Європейського Суду з прав людини. Зокрема, проаналізовані загальні та спеціальні вимоги, що ставляться до обробки інформації про приватне життя особи у сфері охорони здоров’я, закріплені в міжнародних стандартах та вітчизняному законодавстві. The article is devoted to the study of the state of fulfillment of the state’s obligations to ensure the rights of patients to privacy. Particular attention is paid to the analysis of domestic regulations on the circulation and protection of medical information about patients and its compliance with international law, the case law of the European Court of Human Rights. In particular, the general and special requirements for the processing of information about a person’s private life in the field of health care, enshrined in international standards and domestic law, are analyzed. | |
