Abstract
Стаття присвячена розкриттю змісту конфліктності державно-службових відносин. Доведено, що властивість конфліктності об’єктивно притаманна державно-службовим відносинам. Для різних рівнів організації державної служби та видів державно-службових відносин характерні особливості змісту властивості конфліктності. Виділено «внутрішню» і «зовнішню» сторони конфліктності, які розкриваються у взаємозв’язку із межами державно-службових відносин. The article is devoted to the disclosure of the content of state-service relations’s conflicts. It is proved that the property of conflict is objectively inherent in state-service relations. For the different levels of civil service organization and types of stateservice relations, features of the contents of the conflict of property characteristics are characteristic. The “internal” and “external” aspects of conflict are revealed, which are revealed in connection with the boundaries of state-service relations.
