| dc.description.abstract | У статті проаналізовано закордонний досвід роботи міжнародних систем примусового виконання судових рішень та рішень інших органів, запропоновано нову класифікацію моделей примусового виконання, а також за допомогою порівняльного методу виведено основну відмінну ознаку – самостійний суб’єкт виконання. У зв’язку з ухваленням нового законодавства досліджено проблематику застосування нової моделі примусового виконання судових рішень та рішень інших органів в Україні. The scientific article has researched the foreign experience of international systems of compulsory enforcement of judgments and judicial acts of other authorities; it has provided the new classification of compulsory enforcement models, also, with the usage of comparison method, it has outlined the main differentiating characteristic – self-sufficient subject of enforcement. According to the adoption of the new legislation, it has analyzed the problematic aspects of implementation of the new model of compulsory enforcement of judgments and judicial acts of other authorities. | |
