Abstract
У статті дослідженно організаційне забезпечення управління інноваційним розвитком інтелектуального капіталу ВНЗ. Розглянуто процеси управління ідеями через створення та залучення організаційної платформи – інноваційного хабу ВНЗ в якості джерела інноваційних ідей. Виділена основна мета залучення як зовнішніх так і внутрішніх учасників інноваційного хабу ВНЗ. In the article the organizational support of management of innovative development of intellectual capital of universities is researched. The processes of ideas management are considered through creation and involvement of the organizational platform - an innovative hub of the university as a source of innovative ideas. The main goal is to attract both external and internal participants of the innovative hub of the university. The theoretical basis and the methodological provisions developed on its basis on organizational support of process-functional management of innovative development of intellectual capital in the part of management of ideas through mutually beneficial partnership with university hubs, improve the process of management of innovative development of IR, increase its efficiency, activate the search for innovative ideas, create conditions for innovative development of the enterprise.
